Turtle Town
A 2D base-building game where players construct and defend a town on the back of a moving turtle.
Major Contributions:
I worked on this project during two different phases: prototyping (game was being made by one designer and one artist over one semester) and full production (25+ person team over two semesters)
Scheduled and ran playtests during early prototyping and throughout first phase of full production.
Analyzed playtests and provided feedback for prototype and first phase of full production.
After prototype, constructed and tested a representative paper prototype to account and test for potential changes in scope.
Worked with designers for early overhauls on combat system during full production.
Contributed to design strategies for art integration to minimize burden on art scope.
