The core idea behind Bloompunk is overwhelming growth and consumption. If you fail to feed your abilities, they die; your abilities grow stronger as you feed them, but can you handle the power? Fight your way through a world that stands on the precipice of ruin, a world you've caused to consume itself. Can you pay the price restoration demands?
The moment-to-moment gameplay of Bloompunk is fluid, fast-paced gunplay. You have one weapon that is influenced by your abilities, drastically altering your available playstyle.
